WOOLWAG  will not  be responsible for packages that are lost once they leave our warehouse. Please make sure to pick a shipping option with an insurance.

 

Due to the volume of holiday orders, our current processing time is 7-14 business days. Please note: this does not include shipping time. We have seen significant delays with USPS due to both the holiday season and COVID-19. Please allow for extra time to see updates to your tracking information and for your packages to be delivered.
