Once your order leaves our warehouse, Woolwag cannot be held responsible for any lost or missing packages. To best protect your delivery, we recommend selecting a shipping option that includes insurance.

Please note:

• Processing Time – 5 business days under normal conditions. During the holiday season, processing may extend to 7–14 business days (not including shipping time).

• Carrier Delays – USPS  and UPS are currently experiencing seasonal delays. Tracking updates and delivery times may take longer than usual.
