Once your order leaves our warehouse, Woolwag cannot be held responsible for any lost or missing packages. To protect your delivery, we highly recommend choosing a shipping option that includes insurance.
Please note that due to the high volume of holiday orders, our current processing time is 7–14 business days (this does not include shipping time).
