Once your order leaves our warehouse, Woolwag cannot be held responsible for any lost or missing packages. To protect your delivery, we highly recommend choosing a shipping option that includes insurance.

International Shipping
We’re happy to offer worldwide shipping! Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer. Woolwag does not cover these additional fees.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, Woolwag is not liable for lost or missing packages. For peace of mind, we recommend selecting a shipping option that includes tracking and insurance.
Wash: Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent. Gently swirl, don’t rub or wring.

Dry: Lay flat on a towel to air dry. Never hang or tumble dry.

Store: Fold and keep in a breathable bag. Use cedar to keep moths away.

Pilling: Gently remove with a fabric comb.
